As well, we will market & advertise, do tenant screening, collect comparable data, and make sure all agreements are formalized to your specific property.

32. Will you manage any property?
No. We are a boutique property management company who only accepts a select number of luxury estates, ensuring each client receives unparalleled attention and exclusivity.
33. How do I start the process?
The process is easy. Upon request, you will receive a Client Intake Questionnaire and a 7-Step Checklist for completion. Once finished and sent back, we will schedule an appointment and meet in person to review what approach will work best that fits your individualized needs. A 7-Step Checklist will also be provided so we can initiate our plan with a clear and seamless onboarding experience. We will provide you with a "Process and Timeline" document which will provide a more vivid picture of the steps we will take and when.
34. Once the process has started, how long will it take before you can manage our property?
Week 1 is an initial consultation; Weeks 2 & 3 are typically a time of assessment and inspection of conditions, systems, and equipment. Weeks 3 - 4 are typically when your custom plan gets implemented and activated. Based on this timeline, it can take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks, depending upon urgency and individualized situations.
